Acumen Engineers undertakes building, dilapidation and insurance assessments for private and professional clients across a range of commercial and domestic structures. We are independent of other parties, including contractors, architects, planners, insurers and government bodies. This ensures our assignments and reports are impartial and avoid any conflicts of interest. It is important to note that every report prepared by Acumen Engineers meets all legal requirements under the code of conduct for expert witnesses and is admissible in court.
